Maison Akoma began with a simple idea: that Ghanaian ingredients deserve a fine-dining stage. Our kitchen draws on the markets of Accra and the farms of the Eastern Region, plating jollof, grilled tilapia, and slow-cooked goat with the same care given to any European classic.
The room is candlelit, unhurried, and built for long evenings. Come hungry; leave a regular.
